JULY 2022

Wearing a mask during your visit to the surgery

Wearing a mask during your visit is not compulsory but is strongly recommended.
This is not so much to protect you but to protect our staff and our vulnerable patients.
If you choose not to wear a mask - for whatever reason - we will offer you a consultation in our isolation room.

Building work at the surgery

We are hopeful that all our renovations and building works will be finished soon.
Once complete we will be delighted to reopen the surgery completely including patients booking their own appointments. We can't wait to get back to normal.
Further information will be given as soon as we have a firm date!

Appointment Update

The surgery is currently extremely busy. Please can we ask patients to contact the surgery EARLY in the day if they require an appointment with a GP.
Routine telephone calls can now only be accepted until 11.00am.
Some patients require a face-to-face appointment with the GP. These generally take place in the afternoon, meaning that we will now only be able to accept URGENT telephone calls in the afternoon.

Thank you for your understanding.

Mourne Family Surgery Facebook

We now have a Facebook page for patients to keep up to date with important announcements from the surgery. Please like and share this with your friends.

Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services and further develop the website to make it more useful for our patients.
