8 December 2021

We have administered all our available Covid-19 vaccines (we have given 1,168 boosters since 20 November).

Due to delivery quantity and the short shelf life of the vaccines, we do not know if or when we will be able to order more.

Anyone still wishing to have a booster (or a first or second vaccination) should contact

either the local Pharmacy, the local Trust Centres or the various Pop-up clinics.

Further information can be accessed on the NIdirect website.

Please do not ring the surgery

Flu Vaccinations

We have a limited quantity of flu jabs left.

As we had no flu circulating in Northern Ireland last year, it is thought that this year's flu may be more severe than ever.

Please do contact the surgery if you would like to have a flu jab!

Appointment Update December 2021

The surgery is currently extremely busy. Please can we ask patients to contact the surgery EARLY in the day if they require an appointment with a GP.

Routine telephone calls will now only be accepted before 12.00pm.

Some patients require a face-to-face appointment with the GP. These generally take place in the afternoon, meaning that we will now only be able to accept URGENT telephone calls in the afternoon.

Thank you for your understanding.

Mourne Family Surgery Facebook

We now have a Facebook page for patients to keep up to date with important announcements from the surgery. Please like and share this with your friends.

Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services and further develop the website to make it more useful for our patients.
