CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

To help reduce the potential spread of infection, we are advising all patients to phone before coming to the surgery.

When you ring us, our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. Some of these questions may include if you have a temperature or a cough. These questions help us to determine the best action to take but also helps protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.

If appropriate, you may receive a call back from a GP or be given other relevant advice.

If you need a repeat prescription, please telephone the surgery or you can use our online service.

If you already have an appointment booked, please telephone the surgery for advice.

NHS 111

Please phone the NHS helpline 111 if you have symptoms of suspected coronavirus, a cough, high temperature or for information requests. This must be the first point of contact for patients seeking clinical advice or information regarding COVID-19.
