MOURNE FAMILY SURGERY NEWS

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) UPDATE

To help reduce the potential spread of infection, we are advising all patients to phone before coming to the surgery.

When you ring us, our staff will ask you some questions to determine your condition. Some of these questions may include if you have a temperature or a cough. These questions help us to determine the best action to take but also helps protect our staff and other vulnerable patients.

If appropriate, you may receive a call back from a GP or be given other relevant advice.

If you need a repeat prescription, please telephone the surgery or you can use our online service.

If you already have an appointment booked, please telephone the surgery for advice.

NHS 111

Please phone the NHS helpline 111 if you have symptoms of suspected coronavirus, a cough, high temperature or for information requests. This must be the first point of contact for patients seeking clinical advice or information regarding COVID-19.

PHYSIOTHERAPY SELF REFERRAL FORM

You can now refer yourself to the Physiotherapy Department without seeing your GP. If you live in the Southern Trust area and have back pain, neck pain, joint problems or a recent injury such as a sprain or strain and are over 16, click here to complete the online referral form.

FLU VACCINATION CLINIC 2019/2020

The flu vaccination is available in the Treatment Room between 2.00pm and 4.30pm (except Thursday afternoons).

PATIENT RECORDS

We are currently updating our records and would appreciate if you can ensure that we have the correct address and telephone number on file for you.

Have a look around our website and please do send us some feedback. We can use your thoughts to improve our online services & further develop the website to make it more useful for our patients.
