Telephone Advice

The surgery can accept telephone calls during normal opening hours and you may speak to anyone at the practice for advice. For routine calls, please ring before 12.00pm. Only urgent calls are accepted in the afternoon.

Telephone calls to the doctor or nurse during surgery are upsetting to everyone. For this reason, staff have been asked not to interrupt surgery with non-emergency calls. If you leave your own number, the doctor or nurse will return your call as soon as possible, usually after surgery.
