Telephone Advice

The surgery can accept telephone calls during normal opening hours and you may speak to anyone at the practice for advice. However, the phones are usually very busy early in the morning and we suggest that you call after 11.00am if possible.

Telephone calls to the doctor or nurse during surgery are upsetting to everyone. For this reason, staff have been asked not to interrupt surgery with non-emergency calls. If you leave your own number, the doctor or nurse will return your call as soon as possible, usually after surgery.
