Shirley is responsible for the efficient management of the practice and is always pleased to have suggestions on how we can improve our service to you.
Catherine is one of the most important members of our team. She is our housekeeper and is responsible for keeping the surgery spotlessly clean.
We have six reception staff, Evelyn Sloan, Christina Sloan, Colleen O'Hare, Diane Wilson, Helene Grant and Donna Campbell. They are responsible for receiving patients, dealing with telephone calls, making appointments etc and can be accessed via the telephone or face-to-face during normal opening hours. We pride ourselves as a practice by answering most calls within five rings. We do not have an automated triage answering machine.
